Need a couple of washers machined/ground/heat treated. Anyone interested?

Im modifying a Torsen diff and need a couple of washers machined from 4140 or 42CrMo4. They need to be ground to size im assuming, then heat treated to increase hardness. There may be a batch order if price is right.
Can anyone do this or point me to someone who can?

Hi Hooblah, Feel free to mail me in a pm here or web site below. I would need a few more details before i could say it's doable for me and my equipment. The process is heat treat, then grind to size, the other way round you will end up with an inaccurate part which is distorted.

Is there a particular reason for this exact material specification? Silver steel might be just as good and is a lot simpler to heat-treat, surface grind and temper.
