I am a self taught mig welder, ok at that, did a 2 day tig course last year, first time I had touched a tig torch, did a test on the 2nd day and passed!! anyway, I have just bought a tig set cheap off a friend, a TH1600 BLUMASTER, CEMONT, and dont know what gas to use, I am going to lock myself in my shed and learn how to use my tig, but need some friendly advice, cheers all.

you'll need lots of it, i found that if you do even a moderate amount it's worth having full size cylinders, even with the rental it works out a lot cheaper than rent free, i got a rent free when i got my tig and used it up in a week, so it'd get very expensive at £30 a fill haha
