Online banking is down, makes you realise how much we rely on them

2 boilers to order, both going direct to jobs so need to confirm customers have paid before I order

NatWest, RBS and one other are all down today. Yorkshire bank were down earlier in the week. I’m with RBS, pain as our local branch got closed. Bills to pay, oh well the monies mine for a wee bit longer!

Natwest, Ulsterbank and RBS are all part of RBS (as are Coutts, and Adam and Co.).
We got a notification from UK Open Banking that they have been down since 04:20 this morning and haven't had a notification yet to say they've restored service.

Tell you what... after almost a year of integrating to banks' IT systems, I had foolishly thought they would be a lot more reliable than corporate IT systems - they're definitely not...

RBS online banking is working again for me. It's so handy that they have such a robust system in place after closing most of their branches across the northeast (scotland).
