Name this pipe fitting

The plastic nossel is fine it's the little valve (the black bit) that when you push a button pushes a set amount of liquid out and the its not non return valve

The pressure opens the valve let's an amount out and when you stop pressing a spring pulls back a valve to stop it dripping

It's just pushed in to the pipe I've pulled it out a couple times cleaned it but now I think it's a bit deformed and add to that spring a bit weak it needs replacing but I've googled loads of thing I can think of but got nothing that looks like it

As @8ob says, it's a one way valve to stop the tube draining back into the container...it will require some pressure to open which means it shouldn't dribble.

Just fit an inline one to the end of the tube if you can't find a suitable end of line (nozzle) one.

You could try on 'metering valve' or 'dispensing valve'.

Contact the company who makes the system and see if spares are available.

Would not all the liquid that is downstream of it dribble over the floor? To me, it seems the valve needs to be as close as possible to the outlet.

seams to be closer to the item it self (if you remove the 2 side outlets and just comes out at the valve bit)

but its in line in the pipe

i cant contact the supply as our contract run out with them so we stoped buying the liquid as we could get the same stuff cheaper else where



the one we have looks a bit like this one but more expensive (at one time i did find it it was £150 region)

just seams stupid to replace a whole unit because a small plastic valve has worn prob worth a few quid at worst
