Is there anything there you can make use of before the lot gets recycled?Yes, they look like sewing machine things. I've got a Singer catalogue that shows some of them, but it's not here, it's in the drawer under the machine in my shed. The one in the top right, just below and to the left of that spring, looks like a hemming foot, or in my case, a special thing for making the rod loops in a headliner. You alter the depth of the hem by undoing one or both of those thumbscrews and sliding the right-hand section along. The sticky-up bit on the left hand end of that item appears on a lot of others, and it is the section that screws onto the machine to hold the foot in place.
