Mystery Bike tools?

Was at a car boot at the weekend and bought some odds and end of Bicycle tools for Winchgirl, bought this two as they where tin a box of cycle tools any idea what they are for? Home made but looks like some one has spent some time making them? Both 1/2 drive.

Too small for a bottom bracket, i thought sprocket remover, but there peg type, i think someone with more time than money has knocked these up for spoke adjustment, much like the old one i might still have

A spoke adjustor is usually a cupped washer 4 mm thick with cutouts to go over the spoke nipple at the rim and 180 degree to the nipple spanner slot another slot to allow the spoke to go through

Those brass bits remind me of a tool to locate the split or roll pin in a threaded rod ..put it over the nut and gently tighten till it is fully aligned using an old twist drill lot L shaped bent wire shank then remove the tool and pop the pin in .

I'm still stumped by this. If they are bicycle spoke wrenches, then they are very crude & unlikely to fit between the spokes of a 32 / 36 spoke wheel. The notches don't look too far off 3.3mm though, but I reckon a wheelbuilder would make something better. They could be a bottom bracket and freewheel tool. The larger one looks about the right size for a BB shell (approx. 34mm diameter). The smaller one looks about right for a freewheel (anything between 20mm - 30mm).

There are tens of different types, but I've never seen either a BB shell or freewheel with that pattern of lugs. Normally the tool has pegs or splines to mate with corresponding notches on the BB / freewheel, not the other way round. Like the pics above ^^^^

This looks vaguely similar though, but I know nothing at all about cars... It’s $175 and out of stock so maybe you do have to make them yourself
