Myford motor wiring

Been stripping and cleaning my recently acquired Super 7 but I thought I should wire up the motor to see if everything worked. I thought most single phase motors were wired to A,AZ,Z and T but on this one it's A,AZ,T and K.

Wondering what the K terminal is and how the motor should be wired as it just came with a trailing cable. There is no makers plate on the motor but it's painted blue, so may not be the original - the lathe dates from 1968-71.

I looked at that and those are the connections I used to wire the new motor for my Fobco drill, but they do not show a K terminal.

Missed that you have the K terminal post, almost impossible to see any picture of brooke motors that use the K terminal.

If you have 2 capacitors on the motor i did find this

Crompton Greaves motors are made in india to a similar design to the old brooke/compton/parkinson designs.

No paper sticker on the back of the terminal cover plate I suppose? That's usually where you find connection details.

I think the K post has been retro-fitted to facilitate the reversing process.

I think the red/green stripe lead from K goes to the capacitor and it looks like there is another on Z.
