my tig has a fault can anyone asist ,

as some know i bought it new and its a WSE200 model(Giant) the problem is
the machine powers up fine ,
the tig torch is live all the time /tig switch isnt working/and gas comes out constantly , ive tryed unpluging the tig 2pin lead , but still has the same problem ,,, anyone have on , or know of the fault ,,)

i would the problem is carnt remember the date ,,, bloody tigs , best thing ive just sorted everything and had it working ok far as tig weldings goes, i assumed it maybe dam , so left it seitched on for 40mins , but had no joy there . everything works , but is a right pain with a live gun trying to tig properly ,

It should also be in your Ebay items as it's less than 90 days since the transaction.

i think ive had it 4 month , no payed via credit card , think im just having a bad week

well carnt find any trace in ebay/or feedback , all i can think i try go to the bank and se if they can find a sum for around 380/400

ebay user was 160572carol claiming good feedback and lots of items sold , after they tuck payment , they said it would be here for wedesday , never happernd , there number no longer in use and ebay user no longer in use ,, so ****** , ebay what a nightmare ,,,))) it may help ,,

yearh got the details , bud , cheers , as at the time they had someone how had hacked there ebay account , reason why they were shut down , for a few weeks

just small update rang them this morning and they claim they only had 2 machinces come back with this problem(trigger not working) so hes asked me to send it back ,they will then take a look , if they carnt repair it , they will send a replacement item up
