Became friendly with an engraver via instagram. Turned out we have stuff in common and he’s just up the road. I mentioned I love old school stuff and admire his amazing work and skill.
He emailed me this today , really has lifted my mood

Original hr lamb was started in 1931 and closed during the energy crisis in the 1970s and grandfathers death. I brought it back when my father died . I didn’t inherit a penny , it’s all me .
They manufactured everything from linear transfer machining lines to huge induction furnaces. Unfortunately my mother disposed of pictures when my father died for the pure pleasure of spite

That letter head would work well embossed into quality paper….not sure if that's a thing these days with modern printer etc.

Nice idea, a condensed down company seal. Could also be used on all correspondence/business cards
