I know nothing about these, but have moved lathes etc before using just crowbars.
My gf and I have moved more than one Rayburn with crowbars and scaffold rollers.
If the wheels are not locked, I'm sure you won't have issues with a crowbar, and, even if they are, it'll still be fine, just slower.
Could have come in handy Mrs Vark is a strong lady, a good right hook, she also used to work in a brewery. Yes I got free samples.

How about one of those round or triangular furniture moving dollies with swivel castors, that might be enough to get it inside.
