Not terribly glamourous, but the first "real world" instance of me being able to repair a tool used day to day with my welder.
This is actually belonging to my dad and he has been at me to fix it for quite some time now.
Nothing glamerous, but I just clamped the blades with a vise grip and taped the handle to keep it ligned up. Then just burned in a bunch of weld at the three points where it previously failed.
Ideally I would have done the other side too, as the original welds are small, I was in a rush though.
Let's see how long it lasts.
