multi position clamp

I had one of these little clamps were I used to work, was basically a pair of pliers that would grip your job and they were on a swivel ball base so you could position your job at what agle you wanted to weld it, brilliant little clamp but cant seem to find one any were, any one know what I mean??

Chunkolini made some of his own which were a bit more heavy duty some time in the past I think. Have a search round in the post history and you might find something helpful.

Ive seen these made from bowling ally balls enabling full 360 rotation...its on youtube somewhere,hit the search over there and report back,hopefully with the link so we all can see

I know where you can get one, under one of my toolboxes;-)
I found it the other day, it's a swivel thing, just like the images on google for swivel vices, but it has a clamp instead of a vice.
I will look at it and see if there is a make on it.
