Multi Axis Milling Job

Though I can't post pictures on the public forum is there anyone here familiar with 5-axis milling?

I've a project for work I'm looking to get done and am looking at what can and can't be done "in one piece" to save welding etc.

I did these out of solid to negate having any welding. Nuclear parts that were needed urgently so welding and the associated paperwork wasn’t an option. Only 4 axis.

Bare in mind most companies that have invested in 5 axis milling machines bought them for their own production. General jobbing doesn’t make them pay for themselves.Also bear in mind unless it’s big volumes of parts, prices are going to be steep as it’s not a two minute job to program five axis simultaneous. That is if you even need five axis

I assumed 5-axis but for all I know 3 might suffice!

Any chance I could have it as an IGES file? I know my old version of Mastercam wont open stepfiles,it was an option you had to pay for separately. I have Mastercam 2022,but to be honest,haven’t looked to see what file converters are standard. I will look at that tomorrow
