Well the sale and purchase went ok , we are very happy with our new home, however the garage although just big enough has a problem ,the floor it is painted concrete and is very rough ,and I mean rough.
Rougher than the weather side of a warthogs knacker bag !!!!!!
I have just about enough ply backed laminate flooring to cover it ( removed from lounge diner) but as said concrete is v ruff
Q would 10 mm polystyrene laid as a sub floor compress on the high points to allow a stable floor or should I try and level it with one of the floor compounds,I must add that the "wet" trades are anathema to me , any suggestions welcome , the garage is about 22 ft x 13 ft,
All advice welcome
Chris
