on my Packard bell laptop (windows 7) Just stopped dead on the screen, and the pad thing started to work instead. No amount of unplugging, rebooting, updating windows, switching the mouse pad function on and off again, making sure mouse and USB drivers were updated, etc etc, will get the mouse to work again. I hate the mouse pad thing and have great difficulty in even using it, as i can never get the right click equivalent to work. Not that i want it to work, i much prefer the mouse.
I am usually fine with computer stuff but after wasting half a day am out of ideas. Anyone have any ?
