I'm looking to make a simple trolley to house my R-Tech Tig, bottle and welding gubbins. With the machine sat on the floor I have difficulty reading the graduations on the knobs, and was considering mounting the welder in the trolley so that it's angled backwards (30 degrees perhaps) thus angling the front face upwards towards the me. I considered mounting the welder higher up, but would rather keep the C of G or the unit low to minimise the risk of it toppling.
I can't see any problems with mounting the machine in this way (I assume it's all solid state inside) however I'm not hugely familiar with them so could easily be overlooking something. Can anyone see any potential issues?
Cheers
