The Selecta grinder is in bits again. The bearings sounded worn so I took them off, though they feel fine I'll see how much replacements are - obviously been replaced before as they're SKF so shouldn't be too hard to find new ones. I decided to have a look at the rotor and I must say I'm a bit unsure about the wear pattern on it.
The stator has light surface rust, as can be expected, but the rotor has more involved rust around the edge and also has worn through to copper pins on one side which makes me think it may not have been running true at some point in its life? What do you think I should do?
