Motor mounts

Has anyone seen electric motor mounts like this? They are off a centrifuge motor.

The quote I got from Beckman for these three was £630+vat so looking for an alternative supplier.

Are there any clues stamped into the mounts, such as a part number, or manufacturer name?

I have seen similar in the HVAC world, a hanging squirrel cage blower had these.

The only marking is "06/20" on each bracket.

Yes, I saw that, but US supplier brings in other costs and issues etc. I fired the link back to Beckman and asked them to match the price, lets see what they say.

I was going to say I could print you the centres to refurb them if you know the stiffness, but that other link is a fair bit cheaper

Is the middle bit rubber? Cut some from sheet?
Is it just to reduct vibration or something more complex that needs to be the exact spec?

They still appear servicable?

I think they need to be exact spec to stop the centrifuge throwing errors. To much vibration and it will hit the trip switch.

Nice one, I had a look on their site but missed them!

Website says out of stock and 4-6 weeks delivery. They are also for a different manufacturer's machine. My gut feeling says they are the same, but do you want to take the risk? If whatever is in the centrifuge as it walks off the bench is worth more than what you have saved them by shopping around, your name will be mud.

It is very difficult. Your natural instinct is to get good value for money for your employer, but you have to CYA at the same time. Tell then the OEM part is £x; an alternative is £y and a new machine is £z. Let someone else make the decision.

I also asked Beckman to sharpen their pencil.
