More stainless steel stuff

More stainless work this week.
Customer has a brine injector, which has to be stripped down for cleaning, so a storage rack come cleaning trolley is needed for the parts to sit on while they are blasted with a hot water washer.





And for the same machine, an outlet chute with a filter to catch large lumps of loose meat, and drain excess brine back to a tank for re use, its filtered again before re-use



And some little extension legs to modify another machine.

How do you straighten it so neatly afterwards?

do you use pickling paste for the cleaning or is it just done with wire brush and scotchbrite ?

Cleaning is a combination of soft rotary wire brushes, pickling paste, garryson blocks, scotchbrite and soapy water, and plenty of elbow grease and patience,

Straightening is quite easy on these, the extensions just needed tweaking in a vice,
The tee section joints on the trolley were clamped down to a solid bench with packers under the joint to counter the distortion.
