Moisture in primer

Ive got some panels that i primered months back and am now ready to paint, ive heard that moisture can get into the primer if left for a period of time so what steps should i take prior to painting them?

go over it with a da and re coat with primer again it shouldnt have been left

warm up to room temperature when spraying then not a problem its no diffrent than wet sanding them then drying

I've been drying some primed panels today with the hot air gun. It's a bit cool out in the shed but if I warm the panel then spray then blow it with the hot air gun after it only takes minutes.
