Mixing 2k hardner with solvent paint

I’m painting some alloys for a friend Just curious as to what finish this would leave on a set of alloys & what the durability is like thanks. The paint is brilliant white. I’ve been given 2k hardner to mix with it and been told just to add few tea spoons of thinners to it. First time doing it this way so just after any pointers for best results

Not sure it will achieve anything except put yourself at risk if you don’t have the correct ppe for spraying 2k products.

No benefit if the paint is solvent

Two pack paint is cheap and great to apply if you have the kit to use it.
Why would you make up a concoction that will work less well, if at all?
The paint manufacturers spend a lot on R&D, I'd stick to their recommendations.
