After not getting anywhere further with this tube bending lark, I've decided it'd be ok to cut and mitre the tube at the correct angle.
I need to mitre both ends of the tubes at the correct angle (45 deg) so when 4 are joined together in a square, they'll all sit flush and flat.
I have a cold cut chop saw so the cutting isn't a problem, I've never cut angles before in tubing, I've done it loads of times with SHS and RHS but never CHS. Obviously if the CHS rolls even slightly, it'll throw out the angles
Any ideas? Can't afford to mess this up too many times
