Mipa plastic bumper paint.

Never used this but supplier said mix 10-15% uni thinners and spray directly to bumper.

Some areas of the bumper have scuffs so I assume I go through the grades to smooth them out ?

It's a textured finish I have been told and thats fine. Advice as usual is most welcome.

I "retextured" my bumper on the van I had with a hot air gun. I melted the graze and pressed some 40 grit onto it then pulled it back off. I didn't bother painting it.

I say textured but it's not like stone chip gard etc it's much finer I believe.
