Mini moto runs but no power to back wheel

Ok done a bit of stuff with mowers but little with mini moto pickup this older moto for £10 as items acquired thead no working and back wheel was stuck fast freed the back wheel and cleaned carb and after bit of mucking about got it started but when you pull the throttle no power to back wheel the chain is fine the sprockets in the first unit that the chain is attached to is fine I assume it's the cluch that's gone ? Asking for info as just guessing and is the back wheel locked up a sign of this

Are they easy to take apart / replace?

Any advice away helpfull

Ps and a made up stand for the mini moto this morning thrown together yes I cant weld time was short

ok just quick update this is the 2nd mini moto we have and as luck would have it they both have the same parts so removed the cluch and put the clutch from the other mini moto (it runs but does not run for long) played with another few bits and it started and runs well my son is well chuffed thanks @pdg for info

if your over this way i will let you have a go on it

now is the hard choise we have spent £45 total on 2 mini motos got one working and another that now needs a clutch,pull start,new coil(think this could be the only problem that it could be as replaced the spark plug and the carb)

my choise is keep the older bike for all the spaire parts brakes engine fuel tank and store it away

sons choise buy the bits fix the bike and sell it hope for a proffit hoping for £60/80 for a good working one that mean we are up £20 quid to buy parts with
