Mini Mig 100

Hi guys.
I hope you can help?
I purchased a used Mini Mig 100 a couple of years ago and can't find anything about it anywhere.

I can't seem to upload pictures at the moment but I will keep trying.

It's old, red, heavy, on wheels, with a euro torch.

Any information would be greatfuly received.

Hi.
I’ve still got above welder.
But now the wire has stopped coming out.
The welder still hums when trigger is pulled but not wire feed, the motor isn’t trying to turn.
Any ideas please?

Have you tried all of the power selection ranges, and all positions of the wirefeed speed control?
Even if the MIG wire will not feed, can you still strike an arc at the tip?

I would suggest that you start by looking for a blown fuse or a loose connection inside.
Unplug the machine and remove the covers. There may be fuse mounted on an internal bulkhead, or near or on one of the transformers, or on a printed circuit board.
Then check for loose, burnt, or corroded connections on all the wires and joints.

The wirefeed motor probably runs on 12 or 24v DC, so you can test the motor itself by disconnecting one of the wires and feeding 12 volts DC to it.

For further suggestions, post some internal photos, showing general views, the motor, the transformers, and the printed circuit board.
