Mini grinder AIM tools

Mine started playing up last time I used it, I will have to see if it still works.

I almost bought one last night but came back here to have a read. I’ll stick with my Dremel and fibre cutting discs, and my Black n Decker power file and sanding discs and backing pad for my 4.5 inch. The power file is not without its issues though as I have had to replace the finger 3 times as the rubber roller wears out with constant use and then tears the belt. They’re £11.77 a time.

Mine could have been faulty from day one as it was getting hot, trouble is I very rarely need to use it.

Update 4 years on...... l have not needed to use this grinder but the box ended up damp due to a roof leak. Drying the contents out I ran it up and ye gods, I had forgotten how hot it gets. I must have tried changing the brushes previously as the spares are used, not much point in checking the windings but looks like it will be consigned to the bin. Shame as it was quite useful.

Mine sat in the box unused for a few years before I sold it on here.
