@SierraV6 I'm looking at getting an Erbauer one maybe, As I don't want to have too many battery platforms
£80 Body only which I don't think is too dreadful
I have one of these and find it works really well. Just the right size. I have one complaint however, its a Lefty and it doesnt matter what I'm cutting, or which direction I'm cutting it always blows all over me.With my OSB project and various oak doors to fit, I ended up going for one of these:

Take care with oak doorsI did notice that and thought it may be an issue as I’m right handed, but then I should be able to see the blade and cut line more easily. I imagine there have been a few righty vs lefty debates over the years!

Either make a track or cut to a score on the top.
End of cut is especially likely to break out
Good quality thin kerf blades are a must for these saws
Apologies if this is a silly question, but what constitutes a 'mini' circular saw? The reason I ask is that I think of them as being something like this:

I dont know what cordless paltform(s) you use but I have been considering one of these for a while:

I like the fact that it cuts metal but can cut wood with the appropriate blade, the only downside is that it doesn't look like it can be used with a track. I can't find any detailed reviews either but I'm sure it will be ok.
Was a spam post that dug the thread upI've got that 12V Bosch saw. Only used it a handful of times so far, but it seems a sterling bit of kit.
