or if u have a foundry u cast new bodies in ally using an old one u got given as a pattern and machine itSeen quite a few of the professionally used ones which are chunky alu type ones. The sides get blown out so we weld them up at work![]()

Alloy wheel paint is seriously tough, it took me a whole day to do one wheel with reasonably decent kit. After that I dunked them in paint stripper first.
