.LOL...ive brought all sorts of stuff back from the US including chargers..hair products..boat depth finders..ect. most stuff like this is not affected by the 60Hz to 50Hz change and a charger is only a voltage reducer/rectifier anyway which a travel plug adaptor can handle.I had to google that to see how it would work (or even if you were joking), what with the voltage, current and frequency all being wrong.
