With this kind of thing the quality varies and you take a chance. Take the power rating with a pinch of salt too, 2.2kw at 2400rpm might not give you enough torque for milling at lower speeds, you would need a rpm/torque graph to be sure and being aircooled it might overheat if used at higher loads and lower speeds.
Iv'e seen teardowns on youtube showing standard deep groove ball bearings when they really should be angular contact bearings.
Wouldn't buy from that site though, I would have a look at banggood, amazon, ebay, aliexpress and pay with paypal/credit card only.

They're the ones who make the diesel heaters lots of us have.
I was going off 43% 1 star and 50% 5 star reviews on trustpilot, banggood is 19% 1 star and 68% 5 star. Happy to be wrong though, their DRO kits are very cheap, might give them a go.

I’ve just bought some vevor dro kits
Scales seem good quality
Reader has useful features. The plugs etc have the lower grade about them but £120 for a kit I can accept cheaper plugs.
Just used one fitted to the Bridgeport for the first time setting pcd on chuck backplate

A sino scale turned up today from aliexpress. It took 3 weeks instead of a couple of days like VEVOr probably because vevor has U.K. stock.
Vevor scale was £32 inc delivery sino slightly more than double, unfortunately vevor had sold out of the size I need.
The vevor looks nicer and is slimmer
