Miller syncrowave 300p indentical to Newtown NT300

Hi, a friend has a newtown nt300 welding machine, apologise for the poor pic at the time I only needed the name info and never took a picture of the whole machine, but its identical the the miller syncrowave 300, has anyone come across these rebadged machines before.
