My miller has never worked properly on AC. On DC its perfect.
On AC i cannot get a weldpool to form and its just a dirty mess. After some messing around, I've noticed that on AC it isn't kicking out any volts or amps on the gauges. On DC the amps read within 15a of what the panel is set at.
Could this he as simple as dirty/burnt contacts on the AC/DC lever?
