Just installed a 3 axis DRO on my TS light vertical, and have played with, but not used the PCD hole function.
I picked up a good tip from The Gotteswinter:
Normally, you have to specify the number of holes, start angle and end angle. The latter requires you to calculate the angle between holes, and subtract that from 360. Not difficult, but another chance for a mistake.
STGW suggests inputting an extra hole, and leaving the start angle at 0deg, and the end angle 360deg. This means the first hole does double duty as the last hole, and you don’t need to calculate an end angle.
Perhaps obvious to veterans of the PCD function, but a very useful tip for others.
