mightymig100 spare trigger

The trigger on my mighty mig 100 torch has broken, little brass ring inside the trigger has come away so not connecting the torch wires when pulled.

Anyone know if I can just buy the trigger, don't really want a whole torch assembly

Probably best buying a new torch for it, personally if the trigger has worn out then what's the chances something else could go next?

As a "temporary" repair I wired a cheap Chinese tig torch switch to the Clarke mig at work some weeks ago, it doesn't get a great deal of use but its still on and works a treat.

that is a good idea, I have a 17 style torch here with a separate switch.

I managed to get the job done that I was halfway through using an aftermarket rocker switch I bought for the front spots on the escort I had. did the job but have now bought a cheap torch, rated for 150amp hobby units where a directly wired torch is used, all in from ebay at 16 quid
