Personally I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole - that crack in the main casting make it a right off. It must have had quite a fall to crack like that. Only reason I'd buy this is if I had an identical one and wanted to put a few spares on the shelf.

It wouldn't want to be any more money and I would consider it a bonus if it ever produced accurate work, but I would plate the crack and enjoy it as a cheap machine.

It's more than that, there's a big chunk missing off the bottom corner.
