Select and copy the URL you want to post, (ctrl & c)

Then highlight the bit that say 'this welder on ebay' then while highlighted click the globe/chainlink icon, delete the http:// thats already in there then paste your one in.

It all looks ok to me Sean, what makes you suspicious about it?
You can't bid on your own items but you can get friends to bid on them, known as 'shill bidding' and against ebay rules.
Archie's pretty good at spotting that sort of thing, he seems to have a sixth sense (or personal experience of how it works

seeing as he mailed me saying he doesn't know if it works or not as he has no 3Ph, damn good unit on the face of it tho.....
my mate at work (hopefully soon to be partner in crime.....

Looks pretty Kosher to me, Sean. I've had a couple of people try to it to me. Last time it happened I sent them an email and the bid was magically withdrawn!
One of the things to look at is the people who are bidding. Look at what else they are bidding on and see if any of those items are from the same seller as the welder. Often if someone's bidding up their own thing they will bid multiple times in small increments. Of course, some people bid like this anyway but it can be a clue to look at their bidding more carefully!

No Sean, it was my first 'attempt' at an alu tig project. I'm not overly impressed with it but it does the job and looks better than the broken plastic tub that was in there before.

hi sean just wondering if you manage to get the welder I had a punt at it myself but only finished third in the race looked lovely piece of kit and seemed to be in very good condition I had trouble getting in touch with the guy who was selling it so just wondering how you got on

was bidding on it for my mate @ work, and he was only prepared to go so far on it, considering I had a mail from the seller saying he had no idea if it worked or not as he had no 3ph to check it out, but we figured as it was ex MOD it it would have been looked after, suppose we could have arranged to have it checked when we went to pick it up if he won it, but Donnie is a long way from Devon just to turn around and drive home again with nothing.......

I was a little worried it didn't work myself but like you I thought it seemed to be well looked after and probably well serviced but was too big a gamble for me because it was going to cost a good bit to ship it back to Ireland could have been an expensive piece of scrap whoever got it I hope it works
