Blew the dust of it last week, time to start using it more.

No bother with all the normal controls, pulses, slopes etc.... but one i cant seem to sus out what it does, just a circle with an arrow from it...

Theres a few pics here, the knob on the top right, bottom position for pedal, mid position for normal Tig im guessing (thats what ive been using it on, separate switch for pulse) but whats the setting on the top position? Seem to work exactly the same in either top and mid positions.

I would guess a torch with a remote amperage control?

Normally a circle with an arrow through it is the symbol for 'local' and rectangle with an an arrow for remote pot of any flavour, pedal/finger etc
My first guess would've been HF/lift start but only the grounds that i can't make out a switch for that
Top left knob... MMA is obvious but it appears to offer 4 choices for 2T/4T which'd jive with your thoughts or maybe a cross between them, a torch with multiple buttons instead of a pot

Only other thing i can think of is that the in the top position a remote would work as an on/off switch which could be useful as they appear to share a single connection point on the machine? That's the guess i'm going with

Top left knob is mma, 2t lift, 4t lift, 2t HF, 4t HF.

That's why i couldn't see an HF/lift start switch then

According to a manual for one of their other TIG units the circle with the line means "internal mode" where the current is adjusted by the knob next to the display and is fixed at that current level, the next position is for "torch control mode" where the maximum current is set with the knob on the panel but you can then adjust the current between 0 and that maximum using the torch control and finally the bottom position is "pedal mode" where the maximum current is set on the panel and then the welding current is adjusted between 0 and that maximum using the pedal (operating in 2T mode with no down-slope)
