Migatronic MTE 150 Schematics

Hi.

I have a 1980's Migatronic MTE 150 AC/DC TIG welder with a broken control box.

Is anyone out there sitting on a schematic for this machine? I was going to change all ICs on the circuit bord but the component markings have been sanded of

Migatronic doesn't have the schematic, or doesn't want to send it to me. Probubly because they want to sell more new machines.

If this is it, it looks like opto-couplers.
Seems to be no diagram of a logic board.

That is the one, the broken circuit board is inside the box marked A1.

I've figured out that they use standard LM324 and LM301s for the analog parts but the digital parts are harder to figure out.

If i can't find a schematic I'll have to reverse engineer the intire circuit board to figure out the function of each circuit. That is going to take lots of time.

You might try to determine if the power to the chips is good,if they are Cmos or TTL.
Sometimes it is something as simple as a bad decoupling capacitor, or shorted zener.
Without a schematic a logic chip failure will be tough,good luck.
