Without being flippant, for that application I would say a bloody good one by someone who knows what he's doing!

I'd get a professional to do it, it may cost more but there'd be insurance cover if the worst happened.

I've just welded some bungee hooks to my friend's bike for a trip he's going on next week and all the welds on there are mig. It's an old Diversion and the frame is steel, what material is yours as there are a lot of aluminium framed bikes which would be better tig welded.
