Mig wire

Afternoon chaps, do any of you use this wire, and would I be better going down to 0.6 mm wire . The welder is the Blackline Mig 200. This wire seems to be a bit inconsistent, or could it be this pub gas I'm using .

Any photos of the wire itself? And what torch? When was the liner replaced? Is the drive wheel groove clean?

hi , wire feed rollers , rusty wire , breeze blowing gas ,,, post a few pics and lets see ,,, lots of things effect welds.

Pictures of what you asked for . Wire and rollers are clean bar some dust .

hows the tension set , ie the screw that pinches the two rollers that feed the wire .
as a starting point you should be able to just stop the wire if you pinch it at the torch end , the rollers should just slip and not bird cage . also check the tension on the wire roll its self , usually just enough to stop the wire roll running on , is the tip in the torch clean of spatter and in decent order too.
