Mig welding Aluminium

Looking for some advice.I have recently restored my Landrover discovery and the only job left to do now is weld the rear quarters back on.I had to remove a small section on either side to get to the sills as its a 3 door.My mate is a welder and Im just wanting to know what will I need apart from pure argon ? What size wire,tips etc? My mates on holiday at moment so trying to get things sorted for him when he gets back.Thanks for any replys.

To answer your question Katluke, you need pure argon which you already know, you also need a teflon liner and the next size tip up from the wire you're using.
