mig welder under 500

I am looking to buy a new mig welder for fabrication occasionally and general welding I would like it to be under 500 pound and single phase so can use on home supply can anyone suggest a good mig for the money with a decent wire feed, torch etc many thanks

Try buy a descent older mig , the reason they have lasted is they are good ,if you go for a new one upgrade you garage to a 32 amp socket as its worth the small investment , some new welder can spike when initially run

I think there's a portamig on eBay at the moment with a starting bid in your range.

It was, I think, a 230a one, but you don't need to use it on full power.

CWS best mig 160i comes in at under 400 with a regulator, mig torch, MMA torch, earth lead and a kilo of wire.

Cant praise mine enough. will weld 3mm all day long
