I'm having problems with the regulator valve on my argon gas bottle. I have a twin gauge set up where one gauge (high pressure) measures bottle content and the other gauge (low pressure) measures gas flow to the torch. The flow gauge has blown due to excessive pressure and I can't regulate it. or even shut off the pressure with the regulator control valve. I can only shut down gas supply by using the flow control on the bottle. I've stripped the valve down and there is a small rubber washer which controls the flow pressure. I suspect that its worn out and needs to be replaced but nobody is interested in doing repairs, just selling a new regulator. Any idea who can supply a suitable washer?
