thats the ticket code you are look for to get certified for this end of the world. It has to be the biggggggest money grabing crock of crap I have ever come accross, trust me you will pass it easy. I did my engineering certs many many years ago (30 years ago ex UK) and all you need here in New Zealand & Auzzy is the 4711 ticket, will take you at most all of 30mins to do a straight down hand cert, all positions allow 1 hour
