It's a generic Chinese and looks just like the migstar250

on that site there is a contact info try asking them for a pdf of wiring have you checked all the other wiring over what makes you think it's the board

From here it 'looks' like a 0.156" pitch Molex connector. A clone of the proper type no doubt. You will probably have to buy a 10 way and cut it down to 9 ways as per your picture. The pins are bought separately and can be crimp or solder bucket types. The pins latch into the plug shell on a one way trip.
