Mig spool gun and converter

Hi.
I've seen this mig spool gun and converter on eBay for sale.

Supposedly it is connected to an arc welder and gas to allow you to mig weld.
1. Is it worth buying as in will it work as well as a spool gun on a mig welder?
2. Can I weld aluminium with it?

At the moment I've got an inverter stick welder. I'd like to make some aluminium projects maybe 20x20x2 or 3mm thick box.
So what do you think.

keep an eye on adverts and donedeal for something secondhand.. i picked up a clarke turbo weld 150 te for 100 euro and its working perfect.. yal pick up a good sealey for 200 to 250 euro.. if your still thinking of getting one of those guns they can be got from china for a lot less

You need a good feed to weld ali - I very.much doubt it will be of use

For what you need it's ac tig - can't you use another material than ali?

It's going to be way cheaper to pay someone
