Mig regulator and gas?

Forgive the stupid questions, but someones gotta ask them!
I got a clarke 151en that came setup for gasless. I want to set it up for gas usage but theres so many regulators kicking about I have no idea what to go for!
I'll be mostly welding car panels, with a wee bit of chassis repairs thrown in.
And what gas? Should I use co2, or a mix with argon?
Only just got my head round the gasless approach
Will be fun trying to work out how much gas to use.

Which regulator to get depends on which type of bottle you go for. The small disposable bottles don't last long, maybe an hour or so of welding. If you're going to be doing a lot of welding it works out cheaper in the long run to get a small industrial size bottle from BOC/Air Products/Energas/etc, Argon mix is better when welding thinner steels, you'll want whichever regulator matches the bottle you're using.
