Mig for site work

In the market for a new mig for site welding. Anyone recommend a decent bomb proof make? Needs to be 110V.

Are you looking for a seperate mig set or could you get away with a suitcase/wire feeder running off a genset ?

To be honest Paul I dont know of any at all. Maybe Kemppi??

Trouble is with 115v, you will be limited to a very small output, maybe 140 amps max.

Miller is probably one of the only ones, What about the Millermatics, they do a fairly small one i believe, being US, i expect theyd do it in 110v..... 32a supply.

Miller does a Millermatic 211 that will do 110/240V.

You will get only about 140A on 110V, usually 120.

How thick do you plan on welding?
