mig for mobile work ?

What small MIG could I run off a 6 kva Diesel generator ( with AVR ) ? What max amps should I look for, and what models are geny friendly ?

I've got a Kemppi mini arc mig 180 is geni friendly

at 6kVa you are looking at around 150amps on most hobby machines, the better the brand the more efficient they are (usually) so will use less input for more output
