Metal spraying of a crankshaft question

I am putting together an engine from a 60's triumph trident , its a triple and while two of the big end journals are serviceable one is way undersized (.2mm) and needs building up.
I automatically thought of the metal spraying process, one engine reconditioner i rang reckons no one in their right mind would consider it , so my question is , is this method suitable for crank big end journals ? And if so can anyone recommend a company that does this process ?

You'd do better to have oversize bearing shells made assuming that they are whitemetal. The bond between a sub surface and sprayed metal is not brilliant unless you can heat the substrate hot enough for it to fuse, and you don't want to do that with a crank!

Get the crank reground and bearings to match.

Its ok , i misunderstood the way the stupid manual was worded , it gave a minimum size the crank journal should be , which i took as absolute , but its not , its the minimum size it should be on its original size , i found four sets of different sized shells from standard to -.040" online, so i am out of trouble.
