I am putting together an engine from a 60's triumph trident , its a triple and while two of the big end journals are serviceable one is way undersized (.2mm) and needs building up.
I automatically thought of the metal spraying process, one engine reconditioner i rang reckons no one in their right mind would consider it , so my question is , is this method suitable for crank big end journals ? And if so can anyone recommend a company that does this process ?
